I had an amazing experience at this jewelry shop called Valliani Jewelers located in the Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno, CA. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. The entire team was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I wanted. Jason, Michael, and Natalie were all fantastic to work with and took the time to show me a wide variety of options while asking detailed questions to understand my preferences. Jason speaking Punjabi was an added bonus, as it made it much easier for my family to discuss the jewelry details comfortably and clearly. What truly set this store apart was the variety, flexibility, and efficiency they offer. They have an impressive selection, including 18k yellow gold, which I was incorrectly told by another store in the mall wasn’t available anywhere there. They also offer extensive customization options with diamonds and metals, something other nearby shops did not provide. Another huge plus was their on-site jeweler, which allowed for resizing and adjustments to be done quickly. In my case, my ring was ready for same-day pickup, which was incredible. I initially visited this store first and thought I would check out other places in the mall before deciding. After comparing, it became clear that this shop stood out in every way; better variety, faster turnaround, more customization options, and great pricing. I ended up purchasing a diamond band and got exactly what I wanted at a great price. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning for any future jewelry purchases. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality jewelry and outstanding service.

We had a great experience at Valliani Jewelers. Natalie helped us throughout the entire process and was absolutely wonderful—she showed us all our options, answered all of our questions, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. Jason and Michael were also great and worked with us to help us get a great price. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Valliani Jewelers. Great selection, great customer service - we will definitely be back!

Had a great experience!!!!! Michael was an outstanding salesman, from the greeting we got him and the rest of the store was amazing. My girlfriend and I went in overwhelmed, on what we thought we wanted. Michael asked two questions “ what is your price range and what are you looking for?” As son as my girlfriend answered him, he showed us our vast options. He had an amazing selection for us. Thank you Michael and Valliani jewelers for your help, for not being pushy sales man and understanding exactly what we wanted. We are officially life time customers, thank you!!

Natalie was SO helpful in picking out my wedding band. Out of all of the places I looked, her kind and personable demeanor was by far the best I have experienced. She helped me pick out a band that complimented my engagement ring perfectly as well as assisted me with correct sizing. I would highly reccomend seeing her at Valliani!
